The Catalina Garlic Brand
Catalina Garlic & Co. is named after the tiniest (and mightiest) member of our family—our daughter, Catalina. She’s bold, joyful, wildly curious, and just a little bit spicy—in the best way. Everything we grow and create is inspired by that same energy: vibrant, full of life, and just a little bit wild.
For us, garlic is more than a crop. It’s a symbol of nourishment, connection, and purpose. From fresh heirloom bulbs to our small-batch black garlic creations, we’re building a brand that honors tradition while celebrating bold, beautiful flavor. Growing Garlic
What started as a simple love for cooking—and a deep appreciation for heirloom garlic—slowly grew into something much bigger. We're a family of four (yes, the dog counts!) with roots in community, connection, and good food.
Our backyard garden hobby quickly turned into a full-fledged farming adventure. We learned everything we could, planted more than we ever imagined, and discovered just how much joy this little bulb could bring to a community. As word spread and people started coming back for more, we knew we had something special—something worth sharing. Now, garlic isn’t just what we do. It’s a part of who we are.
