Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise we’re moving as fast as we can!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment for any reason, we’ll reach out via email to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do our best to offer affordable, transparent shipping rates.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Domestic Shipping Only

 At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

 Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

 We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. If you are using a P.O. box as your shipping address, please be sure to select a USPS-compatible shipping option at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we are not liable for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier, we want you to be happy with your order. If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review the situation and do our best to help.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
