Garlic Scape Pesto

Our Garlic Scape Pesto is a seasonal twist on the classic—made with tender garlic scapes harvested at their peak. These curly green shoots offer a milder, greener garlic flavor that’s fresh, peppery, and herbaceous. 

We blend them with buttery pine nuts, aged Parmesan, a splash of lemon juice, and rich extra virgin olive oil, finishing it off with sea salt and cracked pepper for balance. The result? A smooth, punchy pesto that tastes like summer in a jar.
