Majestic

With a backstory as bold as its flavor, Majestic is a porcelain garlic that began as a natural mutation from a Rocambole variety, discovered by grower Paul Pospisil in Ontario, Canada in the late 1990s. What emerged was something truly special—a tall, vigorous garlic with large, dense bulbs and 4 to 7 light pink to tan cloves per head.
 
Majestic delivers a confident, long-lasting flavor—strong but not overpowering, with a clean, lingering warmth that holds its own in any dish. It's excellent for roasting, sautéing, or blending into anything that needs a flavorful punch without harshness.
